HAVER & BOECKER NIAGARA is a leading supplier of customized processing equipment for the cement and building products industries. We develop complete solutions for individual machines, system configurations through to turnkey commissioning of complex plants which, in combination with the in-depth process know-how of our experts, will move your cement plant into the future and enable it to produce more than just one product.
In today’s cement plant, there are four stages in the production of cement and you only produce one product. To expand the product range at your plant, we need to start with the limestone quarries, which are the heart of cement production. They have the potential for combined production of cement and a variety of other limestone-based products such as mineral fertilizer granules, limestone aggregates, burnt lime pebbles, limestone mortar sands, hydrated lime and limestone grit. By installing the advanced Niagara processing technology there and leveraging the process know-how of our cement industry experts, you can enter all these new markets while improving your product quality and increasing your profit and efficiency.

The cement plant of tomorrow is sustainable: The aim is to use innovative processes there that successfully minimize CO2 emissions, reduce energy consumption and convert waste into saleable products.
The cement plant of the future redisignes the limestone quarry with a special focus on extending the range of sellable product by installing specialized technology in the immediate vicinity of the cement plant and improving the efficiency of material extraction from natural deposits.
In our vision, the cement plant of the future represents profit. It needs to be equipped with advanced processing technology that optimizes the treatment process and guarantees optimum product quality and uniformity of the cement produced while reducing operating costs.
When you present the task at hand, we listen very carefully and ask about the specifics until a clear picture of the framework conditions for your project emerges.
Supported from Haver Engineering based on tests, analyses and experience, we develop solution approaches together. We generate a preliminary design that allows a rough estimation of space needs and investments costs for the plant.
Haver Engineering supports us with preliminary tests of your material in innovative R&D center. Based on test results, drawings and documentation, we decide on the further planning together. Plant components, their layout, the need for plant equipment and the costs can be determined more precisely. A time table can be drawn up.
The deliveries and performances for the desired solution are specified, estimated and presented in an engineering-commercial offer.
In partnership we agree on our mutual expectations. We fulfill the contract obligations at every project phase and achieve the agreed results.
Based on the contract and preliminary design, plant components are planned in detail until they are ready for production.
We produce our key components and procure the other machines and systems from our partners. Our service specialists prepare the services to be rendered later.
Our logistics department ensures that the deliveries arrive at the job site complete, intact and is well-marked.
Whether the complete assembly was agreed on or just our supervisors were ordered for the expert supervision of assembly works and electrical installation, we are always present during the plant construction phase.
Our plant start-up experts work together with you in assuring performance capability, quality, and operational reliability. We train your plant operators and maintenance personnel, and hand over the comprehensive documentation
Would you like to further optimize your plant beyond the contractual standards? Do you have a need for more consulting, training, monitoring or spare parts? For us the project does not end at the start of regular operation – contact us!
PROcheck combines our exclusive Pulse Vibration Analysis software with a complete machine inspection and screen media audit to increase your production and reduce unscheduled downtime.
