Qualifications and Skills

• Educational attainment: advanced technical college entrance qualification
• Good mathematical knowledge and logical thinking skills
• Good English language skills
• Good technical understanding, recognition of correlations and interest in working with mechatronic systems
• Interest in modern production plants with their integrated control technology systems
• Confidence in color differentiation
• Contact and team skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing and sales strategies
• Support the development of a CSR strategy
• Own project: data maintenance of DAM system Canto
• Responsible for all marketing channels of the company (social media & website)
• Content marketing: writing industry-specific press releases independently according to SEO specifications; content creation for websites, brochures, social media pages and email marketing
• Support in organization and realization of small video projects
• Analyzing competition, customers, markets, and KPIs of ongoing campaigns
• General DailyBusiness: presentations; internal and external business communication (Marketing Team Germany, Marketing Team International, Sales, subsidiaries, marketing agencies), email marketing, SEO, paid social advertising, business card ordering, giveaways, design small tasks, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

• Studying economics, communication sciences or a comparable field of study with a strong interest in marketing
• Fluent communication in English and German
• Fundamental EDP skills
• Strong analytical skills, creativity and communication skills
