Secure Your Stock

As an operator in a screening operation, two things are on your mind at work today:

1. You’re responsible for uptime numbers and screening efficiencies. Your boss sees these metrics as your key performance indicators. Your bonus or promotion is tied to keeping that pile of 1-inch minus fat and happy.

2. Your maintenance team just welded a steel block off plate to your long-lead time specialty media to patch a screen blowout. Now, you might have to pick through the boneyard to see if there are any other candidates for a patch job — the situation is that desperate!

You’re likely thinking:

“How did we get into this mess?”

“How can we avoid it in the future?”

We guarantee customers never get into this situation by reducing the lead time on your specialty media from a matter of weeks or months to mere hours. You call us before noon and we load your screen media on the truck to be shipped the same day.

How?

We can set you up with either a Make & Hold Agreement or a Stocking Agreement.

What’s the difference?

A Make & Hold Agreement guarantees we always have a predetermined quantity, such as 10 sections of the Ty-Wire you use on your middle deck, on our shelves, no matter what.  Think of it as your own mini-warehouse inside our warehouse.

A Stocking Agreement means that at the beginning of each calendar year, you tell us to put your annual requirements of screen media sections or panels —  for example, 100 Ty-Deck panels — on our shelves and we store it for you free of charge. You then draw on your own personal inventory throughout the year, as needed.

Instead of calling maintenance to weld in a patch, call us at Haver & Boecker Niagara to setup a Make & Hold or Stocking Agreement.
