Made with genuine Rhino Hyde polyurethane, all our blades exhibit excellent wear resistance and resilience. Using the recovery principles of a highmemory synthetic material as the source for the tensioning force, we developed the Rhino Blade Tensioning System to deliver excellent belt cleaning and cost efficiency. Unlike many other systems using pneumatics or springs, the Rhino Blade System has fewer moving parts, making it far more reliable and virtually maintenance free. So, in addition to longer blade life, you can expect thorough and even belt cleaning in both wet and dry conditions.
Rhino Blade Tensioning Systems are compact, requiring minimal space for installation. With the extended sidewalls provided, and with fewer than ten major parts in the tensioning assembly, the average installation time for a complete unit is less than 30 minutes. Once the tensioning unit has been installed, the Rhino Blade can be replaced in under 10 minutes with minimal experience required.
