The efficiency-enhancing Niagara N-Class eccentric inclined screen optimizes crushing plants and screening operations. It is built with an advanced four-bearing design that minimizes structural vibration and maintains constant g-force, despite fluctuating material feed rates.
The N-Class is ideal for reducing loads and energy demands for a crushing plant by providing more consistently sized material to improve crushing efficiency.
BODY DESIGN
• Dynamically balanced for minimal dynamic loads, both the vibrating body and the base frame are supported by highly elastic rubber buffer element units which minimize the transmission of vibrations into buildings and structures.
• Optional screen box reinforcing frame is designed for heavy-duty use in mining and scalping operations.
DECK OPTIONS
• Various types of screen media may be combined on a single deck for the optimal combination of open area and wear life.
• Ty-Rail™ quick-tensioning system cuts screen change-out time in half and is available on the lower deck of the machine.
EXTREME MATERIAL SIZES
• Handles heavy loads with material sizes up to 2,032 x 1,016 x 1,016 millimeters screening as much as 5,000 tons per hour.
MOTOR SUPPORT
• The eccentric, four-bearing shaft assembly with a circular motion and constant amplitude ensures the most effective screening action while minimizing blinding and pegging.
• Robust external bearings inside rubber buffers ensure constant g-force even under extreme loads.
• Primary scalping
• Coarse material
• Moist and sticky material
• High material feed rates
• Applications involving discontinuous feed rates, or when sticky and/or when heavily soiled materials need to be classified.
