The Niagara L-Class vibrating screen is a versatile and easy-to-maintain linear machine, with no timing belts or gears that need replacing. This machine can be engineered with a flat deck or a cambered deck to accommodate multiple options and customizations. Proper screen media selection virtually eliminates blinding and pegging.
Producers can customize the 6-foot-wide machine in two lengths, a 16- and 20- foot length. Primarily mounted horizontally, the L-Class can also be inclined or declined as much as 3 degrees.

• One-piece removable head and shaft assembly for simplified maintenance.
DECK OPTIONS
• Available with a flat deck for modular screen media panels, including pin & sleeve, snap-in, groove or bolt-down fastening systems; or with a cambered deck for side-tensioned screen media with a single crown.
• Every side-tensioned deck is engineered with Ty-Rail, a patented quick-tensioning system designed to reduce change-out time by half.
FLEX-MAT OVERLAP
• Screen media overlap is standard on side-tensioned decks, minimizing cross-contamination and extending screen wear life.
MOTOR SUPPORT
• 45-degree mounted double-shaft overhead drive system with direct-mounted motors.
• No timing belts or gears are required, making maintenance even simpler.
