T-Class Inclined Vibrating Screen

Niagara T-Class Concentric Inclined Screen

The Niagara T-Class two-bearing vibrating screen offers a high degree of versatility, and is configurable to almost any material processing application within the aggregates, mining, industrial minerals, recycling industries and more.

The deck frame is lockbolted rather than welded to withstand the demanding, load-bearing, high-vibration operation of a vibrating screen and ensures the machine’s structural integrity.

The T-Class design also accommodates Haver & Boecker Niagara’s new Drop Guard system which provides 100% cross beam protection, both reducing wear and extending the life of the vibrating screen. The system simply drops over the cross beam with no adhesive or tools required, making installation quick and easy.

Features & Benefits

STABILIZER SYSTEM

• Minimizes lateral movement.

REINFORCING PLATES

• Sandwiched together with the side plate, shaft housing and cross beams behind the bearing housing to add strength to the side plate without welding.

SIDE PLATES

• 180-degree bends at the top edge and 45-degree bends at the bottom edge add rigidity throughout without welding.

MOTOR SUPPORT

• Pivoting or sliding motor support available.

MAINTENANCE-FRIENDLY DECK FRAME

• Deck frame is lockbolted rather than welded to ensure the machine’s structural integrity.

• Bar rails are fastened to the cross beams with lockbolts, making them easy to exchange if they become worn.

• Cross beams are positioned every four feet rather than every two feet for optimal material movement through the vibrating screen with less wear.

Applications

• Scalping

• Dedusting

• Classifying (wet or dry)
