The revolutionary Niagara F-Class vibrating screen features new technology that offers simplified maintenance combined with maximum performance and longevity. The new design retains the technical benefits the original F-Class is known for, such as improving performance in material stratification and reducing blinding and pegging.
The enhanced F-Class design provides the option to upgrade the machine with Haver & Boecker Niagara’s new Drop Guard system. The liners provide protection for the machine’s cross beams, both reducing wear and extending vibrating screen life.
The F-Class is available with a variety of configurations and upgrades and can be used in both stationary and portable applications.
DOUBLE ECCENTRIC SHAFT ASSEMBLY
• Maintains constant g-force, even during surging.
• Allows for multiple machine installation in your structure.
SHEAR RUBBER MOUNTS
• Minimizes lateral movement for smoother operation than springs.
• Reduces noise.
• Extends the life of your vibrating screen.
BASE FRAME
• Easier installation to existing structure.
• Provides support for catwalks and other components.
MOTOR SUPPORT
• Complete with sliding motor base.
MAINTENANCE-FRIENDLY DECK FRAME
• Deck frame is lock bolted rather than welded to ensure the machine’s structural integrity.
• Bar rails are fastened to the cross beams with lockbolts, making them easy to exchange if they become worn.
• Cross beams are positioned every four feet rather than every two feet for optimal material movement through the vibrating screen with less wear.
• Scalping
• Dedusting
• Classifying (wet or dry)
