The Versatility of the XL-Class Vibrating Screen

The Niagara XL-Class vibrating screen operates with linear motion driven by Haver & Boecker Niagara’s signature exciter technology. The machine can be manufactured with up to three horizontal decks in a positive or negative slope, as well as multiple slopes with a “banana” style screen deck.

The XL-Class is an ideal solution for operations with high-production capacities. The vibrating screen is driven by exciters that feature robust construction, high static moment, and a long service life coupled with easy maintenance. The XL-Class offers more than 387.5 ft² (36m²) of screening area in a single vibrating screen, or two vibrating screens can operate together to reach more than 775 ft² (72 m²) in screening area. With this tandem design, the machine has the capability to process up to 15,000 tph!

XL-Class technology is also strategically used for special applications where the classification and cutting of material is fine — less than 2.0 mm up to 0.3mm — following washing and dewatering applications.

Another advantage of XL-Class screening technology is its ease of installation; optimizing space, even in confined spaces.

The XL-Class undoubtedly delivers with its innovative technology, robustness, high-performance, long service life and versatility in a variety of applications. The cutting-edge vibrating screen is available in widths from 4- to 14-feet (1.2- to 4.2-meters) and lengths from 10 to 28-feet (3- to 8.5-meters).
